Hey all - kiTT found this at the end of the new Volvo sneak peak video (that literally just shows the Volvo driving on that big long road out of Forks...). It's sneak peaks of the songs from the soundtrack...mayhaps we can get an idea of the feel of some of these songs since we're all feeling so non-committal on the soundtrack right now :)

I heard some of the songs on the BD facebook page, and...i'm less than thrilled. although i dig the bruno mars song and the song when bella is shaving and that.

I'm definitely not impressed. I have a feeling my favorite soundtracks will go in order Twilight, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn 1, New Moon.

Yeah, don't think I'll be buying this one either. So far I own...Twilight. That's it. It's the only one I liked.
ReplyDeleteI'll go and download the Bruno Mars and the bathroom scene songs from itunes. I'd rather listen to Kristen sing "Cherry Bomb" with Dakota Fanning than this one.
I never got the whole thing with Edward driving a Volvo. I mean, is it supposed to show how old he is? He's supposed to be 17. Give the poor guy a Mustang or a Camaro or even a monster truck. A VOLVO????

I will buy it. And I will buy the score. Because I have all 3 soundtracks...and all 3 scores...and I will find someone online who has less of a life than me who puts them in movie order (or I'll just go enough to put them in order myself...) as I've done with all the others. It's just a thing - I love soundtracks...even if I don't like all the songs...it gives me the chance to "watch" the movie again when I can't really watch it and I associate the songs with parts of movies that I love.
